{"id":5995,"date":"2023-12-07T21:18:51","date_gmt":"2023-12-07T21:18:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/izolatii-fonice.ro\/?post_type=product&#038;p=5995"},"modified":"2023-12-07T21:43:11","modified_gmt":"2023-12-07T21:43:11","slug":"ma-ls90-mp-desktop-monitor","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/izolatii-fonice.ro\/index.php\/product\/ma-ls90-mp-desktop-monitor\/","title":{"rendered":"MA LS90-MP Desktop Monitor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">This project was built by following the guide from MA.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By trial and error we ended up tweaking a little bit the final design of the electronics.<\/li>\n<li>Paper in Oil caps were used.<\/li>\n<li>The box was dampened with Alu-butyl and wool.<\/li>\n<li>Black shiny finish \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Here is the guide that was used:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Markaudio LS90-MP &#8211; Sealed box bookshelf<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\">homage to BBC LS3\/5a for CHR-90 &amp; CHP-90 5in fullrange<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Designed to reference BBC LS3\/5a dimensions<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">12mm thin-wall side, top, base &amp; rear baffles with 18mm front baffle to accept driver basket with enhanced stability<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Chamfer driver cutout to reduce reflections &amp; improve airflow<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">All internal panels apart from front baffle lined 2mm &#8211; 2.5mm car body damping sheet \/ bitumen acoustic damping mat. If self-adhesive, recommend using own glue to reduce chance of delamination at future date<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Top, rear &amp; base lined over car body \/ bitumen damping with 25mm &#8211; 30mm bonded acoustic fibreglass board, wool felt, BAF wadding or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Side panels lined 12mm &#8211; 15mm bonded acoustic fibreglass board, wool felt, BAF wadding or equivlanet.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">12mm void-free multiply recommended for main box. Front baffle may be void-free multiply or HDF<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">CHR-90 or CHP-90 may be used to preference, with small change in system Qtc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Crossover components:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">C1 = 10uF MKP<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">L1 = 1.8m 14ga air core<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">R1 = 6.80hm &#8211; 100hm 10w.
